Membership Benefits

• Free admission to critical trainings and workshops, including
  • Designing with CSEB (starting in April 2023)
  • Making Block
  • Laying Block with Innolock & Earth Glue, prep.
• Ability to put your own labor into your CSEB block production to lower costs and give satisfaction of building your home from the ground up
• 1 full day of on-site support while you lay the first row of block on your home
• Purchase blocks and other materials at member-only discount prices
• Ability to rent equipment such as mixers for earth glue and hempcrete
• Membership extends to all the helpers you can recruit over 14 years of age
• 5 Year Membership. ($500/year renewal)

Membership “Fine Print”

• Members are asked to contribute 20 volunteer hours of labor each year
• Block production is prioritized for families in the order that they join and pay for materials
• First year membership block production orders are limited to 10,000 blocks until all member requests are met
• Materials must be paid for prior to production
• Responsible for your own personal safety apparel: steel toed shoes, safety goggles, dust masks, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats. (Some of this may be required for block production)
• Membership is $3000 for five years; $100 per year thereafter.
